The present invention relates to a remote medical examination and treatment system proceeding diagnosis of the state of health through the comparison of iris images of an examinee and an iris chart, or a system and a method of diagnosing health using an iris chart applied to a smartphone field in which a health diagnosing APP is installed, the method including: a first process of obtaining an iris image of an examinee and a second process of displaying an iris chart exhibiting a relationship between a position on an iris and body tissue/organ and the iris image of the examinee obtained in the first process in a state that the iris chart and the iris image of the examinee are overlapped. The first process includes: a first step of obtaining a partial or entire image of the face of the examinee including left and right eyes a second step of realizing and extracting left and right eye regions, and proceeding the rotation such that the horizontality is maintained and a third step of expanding or contracting iris images of left and right eyes to the same size as the iris chart. After the second process, the method of diagnosing health using an iris chart may additionally include a process of enabling a doctor to proceed remote medical examination and treatment by transmitting overlapped images of the iris chart and the iris image of the examinee to a doctor terminal.
