PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ocular fundus image processing device and an ocular fundus image processing program for causing a user to check a state of the ocular fundus of an eye to be examined more appropriately.SOLUTION: A control unit of an ocular fundus image processing device acquires a first front image and a second front image. The first front image is a front image of the ocular fundus created by scanning a first light on the ocular fundus of the eye to be examined and receiving a reflection light from the ocular fundus. The second front image is a front image of the ocular fundus created on the basis of OCT data acquired from an interference light between a reflection light of a second light from the ocular fundus and a reference light corresponding to the second light. An imaging range of the second front image is included in an imaging range of the first front image.
