An electro-magnetic signal coupled device and an antenna module are disclosed. The electro-magnetic signal coupled device could be used to boost the electro-magnetic wave generated from the antenna module. The antenna module includes a first dielectric substrate, a second dielectric substrate, and the third dielectric substrate. There is a looped current path on the antenna module, and the current path will form an induced magnetic field. The current path will also form a uniform electric field on the top surface of the first dielectric substrate and the second dielectric substrate. The combination of the induced magnetic field and the uniform electric field will generate an electro-magnetic wave out of the human body. The electro-magnetic wave will be delivered and boosted its intensity by the electro-magnetic signal coupled device.
