Land clearer comprises suspension device pivotally connected central and side sections of frame, support wheels and mechanisms for side sections switching from working position and back. On frames there are flat cutting rippers consisting of middle blade with cutting edge in form of logarithmic curve, left and right cantilever-fixed blades with cutting edges, continuing outlines of logarithmic curve of middle blade. Flat cutting rippers are attached to frame by means of two spring posts with arrangement on three sections of frame in staggered order. At arrangement lengthwise distance between vertices of log curves centers of middle cutting blades of first and second rows equals to half-width of subsurface plough grip. Side sections of frame have four turn limiters in crosswise-vertical plane in form of flanges mounted on side sections frame beams with one hole for fixation of side sections removable pins under frame of central section in working position.
