[Reference numerals] (AA) Heating sulfur； (BB) Mixing NaOH, and heating the mixture； (CC) Obtaining sulfur powder； (DD) Mixing the sulfur powder with coral, and heating the mixture； (EE) Secondly heating the mixture； (FF) Cooling본 발명은 유황을 반응조에 넣고 NaOH를 혼합하여 열로 융해한 다음, 그 용액에 빙초산을 첨가하여 얻어진 용액에서 침전물을 가라앉혀, 이 가라앉은 제재를 건조시켜 얻어진 무독성 유황분말을 이용하는 것으로,반응조에 유황을 넣고 여기에 NaOH를 혼합하여 가열하는 단계； 생성된 상기 용액에 빙초산을 넣어 pH6.0이하가 되도록 중화하는 단계； 상기 용액에서 윗물을 따라 버리고, 가라앉은 침전물을 건조시켜 유황분말을 얻는 단계； 상기 유황분말과 산호초를 중량비 1:1.5 비율로 혼합하고 여기에 중량비의 3배가 되도록 증류수를 가수하여 100℃에서 30분간 가열하여 용해하는 단계； 1:1로 혼합된 수세 건조한 측백 잎사귀와 복분자 건조물, 뽕잎을 용해된 상기 액체에 중량비로 1:1로 혼합여 다시 100℃에서 6시간 동안 가열하는 단계； 및 냉각 단계로 이루어진 기술적인 특징을 갖는 것으로 달성된다.
