The present invention relates to a composition for inhibiting biofilm formation comprising a mixture of raffinose and 6-gingerol as an active ingredient, and a biofilm formation inhibiting method using the same. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a composition for inhibiting biofilm formation and a method for inhibiting formation of a biofilm using the same, which can effectively inhibit the formation of a corresponding biofilm on the surface of various films on which the biofilm is formed.본 발명은 라피노스와 6-gingerol의 혼합물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 바이오필름 형성 억제용 조성물 및 이를 이용한 바이오필름 형성 억제 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 바이오필름이 형성되는 다양한 막 표면에서 해당 바이오필름의 형성을 효과적으로 억제할 수 있는 바이오필름 형성 억제용 조성물 및 이를 이용한 바이오필름 형성 억제 방법을 제공할 수 있다.
