PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harvester, in which an exhaust muffler is arranged in an engine room and on the upper side of an engine so that straws to fall from the side of a thresher are prevented from falling and accumulating over a muffler and waste straws are prevented from being heated by the high heat of the muffler.SOLUTION: In a harvester: a thresher (4) is mounted on the front side of a running car body (3) an engine (E) for transmitting a rotation power to individual parts is mounted in an engine room (6) on the rear side and an exhaust muffler (10) is arranged over said engine.
