PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article superior in the capability of preventing leakage around legs while giving a little sense of discomfort to a male user when the article is worn and a wearing structure thereof.SOLUTION: The absorbent article 10 includes a base part 11 located in the middle in the lateral direction, and both side parts 12 located on both sides in the lateral direction of the base part 11. The both side parts 12 are configured to form rolled portions 13 thicker than the base part 11 by rolling the both side parts 12 starting from side ends 12E in such a way that surfaces are inner sides. The roll of each both side part 12 is unfixed, and a pocket part (a roll restraining means) 15 for limiting looseness of the roll of the rolled portions is disposed with a space 13D between the rolled portions 13 of the both side parts 12. The absorbent article 10 is characterized by that at least the rolled portions 13 can absorb urine from the outer exposed surfaces.
