The present invention relates to an onion peeling system in which a belt-type onion peeling unit is provided on the side of an exit of an onion supply unit, and an onion discharge unit is provided on the side of an exit of the onion peeling unit, wherein the belt-type onion peeling unit includes an onion transfer unit, an onion cutting unit, an onion scratch unit, and an onion air spray unit on a peeling table provided on an upper part of a peeling frame. In particular, the onion transfer unit includes two rows of conveyor belts driven by a belt driving motor to move from one side to the other side； the onion cutting unit includes a cutting disc wheel driven by a cutting driving motor on a peeling table disposed at a lower part of the transfer belts； the onion scratch unit includes a scratch driving motor having a scratch wheel provided on the peeling table； and the onion air spray unit is composed of a spray nozzle for spraying air to a scratch formed on the surface of an onion and an air supply unit.
