Disclosed is a controlled-release tablet, compirsing a tablet core with a through hole and a functional coating with a through hole covering the outside of the tablet core, the tablet core comprising an active medicament and a sustained-release material, the ratio of the surface area of the hole wall of the through hole to the total surface area of the controlled-release tablet being 0.03-0.33:1 the functional coating being an enteric coating or a sustained-release coating. The advantage of the controlled-release tablet of the present invention is that the medicament can be first slowly and then more quickly released to maintain the stability of plasma-drug concentration in vivo.La présente invention concerne un comprimé à libération contrôlée, comprenant un noyau de comprimé présentant un orifice traversant et un enrobage fonctionnel présentant un orifice traversant recouvrant lextérieur du noyau de comprimé, le noyau de comprimé comprenant un médicament actif et une substance à libération prolongée, le rapport de la superficie de la paroi de lorifice traversant sur la superficie totale du comprimé à libération contrôlée étant comprise entre 0,03 et 0,33:1 lenrobage fonctionnel étant un enrobage entérique ou un enrobage à libération prolongée. Lavantage du comprimé à libération contrôlée selon la présente invention est que le médicament peut être dabord lentement et ensuite plus rapidement libéré de façon à maintenir la stabilité de la concentration plasmatique du médicament in vivo.
