PURPOSE: A surface protective process for a natural landscape facility using natural soil is provided to use eco-friendly materials only for protecting roadside trees and flowerpots.CONSTITUTION: A surface protective process for a natural landscape facility using natural soil comprises the following steps: watering the surface of roadside trees and movable or fixable flowerpots, removing the soil on the surface in the thickness of 5-15cm, and pressuring the surface of the soil for firstly hardening mixing washed silica, zeolite aggregate, pozzolanic aggregate, coco peat, gypsum, nature cellulose fibers, and other materials to obtain a powder material mixing the powder material with a liquid mixture obtained by diluting a liquid fertilizer undiluted solution with 90-110 times amount of water, and a liquid solidification material to obtain a liquid phase material mixing 55-65% of powder material and 35-45% of liquid phase material to obtain a surface protective material spreading the surface protective material on the soil around the roadside trees and movable or fixable flowerpots, and secondly hardening the soil and curing the spread surface protective material.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012본 발명은 자연토를 이용한 자연조경시설 표면보호 공법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 (A) 가로수 또는 이동식 고정식 화분 표면에 물을 살수한 후, 5 ~ 15cm 두께로 표층을 겉어 낸 후, 상기 표면에 압력을 가해 1차로 다져주는 시공준비 단계와, (B) 1 ~ 5mm 크기의 세척규사 52 ~ 56%, 제오라이트 골재 18 ~ 22%, 포졸란 골재 8 ~ 10%, 야자코코피트 7 ~ 8, 석고 4 ~ 6%, 10mm 이하규격의 천연 셀룰로스 화이버 2.5 ~ 3.5%, 포졸란 분말과 목초액을 배합한 펠릿형 분말재 0.5 ~ 1.5%를 포함하는 분말 조성물에, 에테르 전분 0.3 ~ 0.5%, MC증점제 0.25 ~ 0.35%, 주석산 0.10 ~ 0.14%, 공기연행재 0.0001 ~ 0.0003%를 포함하는 보조 조성물을 혼합하여 생성된 분말재에, 수목생장 촉진 및 토양개량재인 액상비료 원액 4 ~ 6%를 물에 90 ~ 110배로 희석한 액상 혼합물 45 ~ 55%에 액상 고화재 45 ~ 55%를 혼합하여 생성된 액상재를 서로 혼합하되, (C) 상기 분말재는 55 ~ 65%로 상기 액상재는 35 ~ 45%로 혼합, 반죽하여 표면보호재를 생성하는 단계와, (D) 상기 B 단계를 통해 생성된 표면 보호재를 상기 A 단계를 통해 정리된 상기 모토 표면에 포설한 후, 2차로 다져주는 단계 및 (F) 일정시간이 동안 상기 D 단계를 통해 포설된 상기 표면 보호재를 양생시키는 양생단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자연토를 이용한 자연조경시설 표면보호 공법에 관한 것이다.
