PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injector operation detection device which is applicable to an injector for actual use and is capable of objectively determining a sucking or pressing state.SOLUTION: An injector operation detection device 1 for detecting a sucking or pressing-in operation of a plunger 120 in an injector 100 has a female joint 52 joined to a nozzle head 116 of the injector 100 and has a male joint 60 joined to a needle base 132 of an injector needle 130, and a coupling vessel 70 disposed in a state closed to the outside to connect the female joint 52 and the male joint 60.
