PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cryogenic device enabling observation of an internal state, which can suppress intrusion of heat to the inside and whose observation/inspection position can be freely set.
SOLUTION: The cryogenic device enabling the observation of the internal state includes: an imaging optical system including an imaging apparatus, an image guide optical fiber 2 connected to the imaging apparatus, an adapter lens system 2A connecting the image guide optical fiber 2 to the imaging apparatus, and an objective lens system 3 arranged at the tip of the image guide optical fiber 2 and an illumination optical system including a light source device for illumination 4, a light guide optical fiber 5 connected to the light source device for illumination 4, and a light irradiation device 6 arranged at the tip of the light guide optical fiber 5. The imaging optical system and the illumination optical system are separately arranged in the cryogenic device, and the objective lens system 3 and the light irradiation device 6 are made to correspond to an observation object part 7 inside the cryogenic device.
