PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment device for therapy including a downsized heat transfer part.SOLUTION: Electric heat chips 110 that are heat generation sources are disposed on a first high-frequency electrode 266 functioning as the heat transfer part transferring heat to a living body. Here, a connection electrode for supplying power to the electric heat chips 110 is disposed on the faces on the opposite side to the first high-frequency electrode side 266 of the electric heat chips 110. A wiring member 160 printed with wiring for supplying the power to the electric heat chips 110 is disposed on the opposite side to the first high-frequency electrode side 266 in a state that the wiring member 160 and the first high-frequency electrode 266 pinch the electric heat chips 110, and the wiring of the wiring member 160 and the connection electrodes of the electric heat chips 110 are connected.
