PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical diagnostic imaging apparatus which can transfer an image during generation of the image without placing burden on an image generation processing.SOLUTION: An image generation part 47 generates a medical image which is based on imaging of a reagent. A transfer support device 16 transfers the medical image to other devices via network. A plurality of shared storage parts 14, 15 are shared by the image generation part 47 and the transfer support device 16. A switching device 13 connects one of the plurality of shared storage parts 14, 15 to the image generation part 47 as a storage part for storing an image, and connects the other of the plurality of shared storage parts 14, 15 to the transfer support device 16 as a storage part for transferring an image.
