The spherical polyester-based resin particles according to the present invention include a cosmetic compounding agent such as a foundation, an antiperspirant, and a scrub agent, a matting agent for paint, a rheology modifier, an antiblocking agent, a slipperiness imparting agent, and light diffusion.
