The present invention relates to a method for detecting an immune gene regulating onset of cancer in ionizing radiation irradiated mice, and an immune gene group, wherein the method comprises the following steps: a) preparing a plurality of AKR/J mice in which a carcinogenic immune gene is inserted into thymic cells b) dividing the AKR/J mice into three groups, irradiating the AKR/J mice of a first group with a high dose of ionizing radiation, irradiating the AKR/J mice of a second group with a low dose of ionizing radiation, and raising the AKR/J mice of a third group in a normal environment c) collecting the thymus of dead mice among the AKR/J mice of the first or second group during step b), and determining the onset of cancer if the weight of the thymus doubles or more compared with the weight of the thymus before the irradiation d) sacrificing all the AKR/J mice to extract the thymus when the first AKR/J mice of the third group dies selecting only the thymus of unirradiated AKR/J mice of the same age and the thymuses with no change in weight from the organs extracted at step d) and analyzing the immune gene to detect the increased or decreased immune gene and f) classifying the detected immune gene into immune genes of where the amount has doubled or more and immune genes where the amount has increased or decreased by less then a doubled amount, thereby classifying the genes where the amount specifically increases in case of irradiation of a low dose to generate immune reaction and the genes where the amount specifically decreases in case of irradiation of a high dose to deteriorate immune reaction.
