The purpose of the notification is to produce refined edible oil with a low undesirable content of 3-monochloropropane-1,2-diol, 2-monochloropropane-1,3-diol and glycides, which is characterised by the oil obtained using known methods of pressing, extraction, deguming and neutralisation, is subjected to the following steps: preliminary drying of the oil by heating it to a temperature from 90 to 100,at temperature from 90 to 120oC, under pressure from 60 to 100 mmHg； a multi-step filtration process under conditions of gradual pressure increase for no longer than 3h or to reach a pressure value not exceeding 2-bar； removal of the coated soil layer retained on the filtration plates the process of dehydration, starting from preheating the pre-oil to temperature from 90 to 100,C, followed by further heating of the oil to a temperature from 120 to 125,C using a water vapour with a 3-bar pressure,the drying of the oil by spraying it under pressure conditions from 20 to 30 mmHg and the vacuum distillation of the oil at a temperature from 180-185-oC, under pressure no higher than 5,5 mmHg.Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania rafinowanego oleju jadalnego o niskiej zawartości niepożądanych 3-monochloropropano-1,2-diolu, 2-monochloropropano-1,3-diolu oraz glicydów, który charakteryzuje się tym, że olej uzyskany z wykorzystaniem znanych sposobów tłoczenia, ekstrakcji, degumingu i neutralizacji, poddaje się następującym etapom: wstępnemu osuszaniu oleju poprzez jego podgrzewanie do temperatury od 90 do 100°C； właściwemu procesowi bielenia z dodatkiem od 1 do 2% w/w ziemi bielącej z węglem aktywowanym parą, w temperaturze od 90 do 120°C, pod ciśnieniem od 60 do 100 mmHg； wieloetapowemu procesowi filtracji w warunkach stopniowego zwiększania ciśnienia przez czas nie dłuższy niż 3h lub do osiągnięcia wartości ciśnienia nie większej niż 2 bary； usunięciu zatrzymanej na płytach filtracyjnych warstwy zaolejonej ziemi bielącej po uprzednim jej przedmuchaniu w czasie od 20 do 4
