The invention relates to a method for correcting a fluorescence image of an object, and in particular a biological tissue that may comprise fluorescent agents. According to this method, the distance between a fluorescence probe, generating the fluorescence image and the examined object is measured. This distance is used to apply a correction function to the fluorescence image. One field of application of the invention is intraoperative fluorescence imaging for the diagnosis and monitoring of the evolution of pathologies, in particular cancers.L'invention concerne un procédé pour corriger une image de fluorescence d'un objet, et en particulier d'un tissu biologique susceptible de comporter des agents fluorescents. Selon ce procédé, on mesure la distance entre une sonde de fluorescence, générant l'image de fluorescence et l'objet examiné. Cette distance est utilisée pour appliquer une fonction de correction à l'image de fluorescence. Un domaine d'application de l'invention est l'imagerie de fluorescence peropératoire pour le diagnostic et le suivi de l'évolution de pathologies, en particulier les cancers.
