By injuring or necrosing metaplastic or other abnormal mucosal cells, regrowth of the mucosa substantially free from abnormal cells can be initiated. In an embodiment, the energy delivery structure can include an RF electrode array positioned on a surface of the structure and configured to be coupled to an 15 RF power supply.
