PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toothbrush excellent in the insertion of bristles into interdental regions and gingival crevices and in the cleaning of the surface of teeth, without a risk of giving impression that the toothbrush is a used one though the toothbrush is unused because bending parts at the tips of the bristles can not be easily recognized with naked eyes.SOLUTION: The toothbrush has a plurality of bristle bundles with a plurality of bundled bristles implanted on a bristle implanting base 21. Each bristle has a tapered part 52 whose cross-sectional area is gradually reduced toward the tip, and a tip bending bristle 5 is included in the bristles of the bristle bundle.
