The present invention relates to a medical guide catheter capable of being inserted in a proximal part of a target blood vessel to smoothly perform several sorts of operations in a blood vessel and the like of a human body. The medical guide catheter comprises: a shaft having an internal space, and lengthily extended； an induction hole forming unit for constituting a part of the shaft, having a diameter formed to be larger than a diameter of the surroundings thereof, and having an induction hole formed to connect the internal space of the shaft with the outside of the shaft； and a guide unit protruding to an inner surface of the induction hole forming unit from an edge of the induction hole. According to the present invention, when coil embolization is operated, a diameter of a catheter toward a cerebral aneurysm disease is formed to be larger than a diameter of the surroundings thereof, so a position of the catheter is stably maintained. A micro-conduit or the like for moving an embolus is guided to an induction hole toward an aneurysm by means of a guiding unit in the catheter. Accordingly, an operation can be actively performed.본 발명은 인체의 혈관 등에 각종 작업이 이루어지기 수월하도록 목표 혈관( Target vessel)의 근위부까지 삽입가능한 의료용 가이드 카테터에 관한 것으로, 내부공간이 형성되어 길게 연장된 샤프트와, 상기 샤프트의 일부를 구성하되 그 직경이 주변부의 직경보다 크게 형성되고, 상기 샤프트의 내부공간과 상기 샤프트 외부를 연통시키는 유도홀이 형성되는 유도홀형성부와, 상기 유도홀의 가장자리에서 상기 유도홀형성부의 내면으로 돌출되는 가이드부를 포함할 수 있다. 본 발명에 의하면 코일색전술의 시술 시 뇌동맥류 질환을 향하는 카테터의 직경이 그 주변부의 직경보다 크게 형성되어 카테터의 위치가 안정적으로 유지되고, 색전물질의 이동을 위한 미세도관 등이 카테터 내부의 가이드부에 의해 동맥류를 향한 유도홀로 안내되어 원활한 시술이 가능한 효과가 있다.
