The present invention relates to a composition for treating and preventing DNA damage caused by hydrofluoric acid toxin and, more specifically, to a composition for treating and preventing DNA damage caused by hydrofluoric acid toxin, which contains at least one among resveratrol, sulforaphane, curcumin, or berberine which are natural antioxidant agents, or an antioxidant. As a result of a test of the present invention, damage caused by hydrofluoric acid is found as oxidative damage to lymphocyte DNA, and resveratrol, sulforaphane, and curcumin which are naturally derived antioxidant agent with respect to DNA oxidative damage can effectively control the oxidative damage to lymphocyte DNA caused by hydrofluoric acid.
