PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic device, an image processing system, and a program capable of facilitating operations related to giving of annotation, body mark and the like.SOLUTION: In an image processing system of one embodiment, an input device receives a candidate display operation for displaying a plurality of candidates of information to be given, a selection operation for selecting one candidate from the plurality of candidates, and a definite operation for defining the candidate to be given as operations for giving information to a medical image, and a given information display control part performs control to display the plurality of candidates on the medical image when the input device receives the candidate display operation, to display only the defined candidate on the medical image when the input device receives the definite operation after receiving the candidate display operation or selection operation, to continuously display one of the plurality of candidates when a predetermined period of time elapses in a state where the plurality of candidates are displayed, and no to display the other candidates on the medical image.
