PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature/humidity exchanger for respiration capable of stably using heat/humidity accumulation body by suppressing adhesion of secretion or the like discharged along with exhalation to the heat/humidity accumulation body.SOLUTION: A temperature/humidity exchanger 1 for respiration connected with an artificial airway comprises: a housing 10 that includes a first tube 20 in which a first opening 21 connected with the artificial airway, is formed, a second tube 35 covering the first tube with a gap formed thereto, at the vicinity of a second opening part 22 of the first tube, a third tube 30 concatenated to the outer peripheral surfaces of the first tube and the second tube and cylindrically extending in two directions orthogonally to the first tube and the second tube and equally on both sides, and a communication hole 35H making the second tube and the third tube communicable with each other an on-off valve 72 provided near a third opening 35A of the second tube and a heat/humidity accumulation body stored in the third tube.
