PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature/humidity exchanger for respiration to which a tracheostomy is connected and that can be stably used by a patient not having sufficient physical functions, such as an infant.SOLUTION: A temperature/humidity exchanger 1 for respiration to which a tracheostomy is connected comprises: a housing 10 in which a first opening part 31 is opened at a first end of a patient side tube path 30 and a second opening part 32 is opened at a second end of the patient side tube path 30, and that extends to right and left with the second opening part 32 therebetween and enables circulation between the first opening part 31 and a third opening parts 23 on right and left sides and a pair of right and left moist heat accumulating bodies 60 arranged on right and left sides of a circulation space, respectively, and in which respiratory air can be circulated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
