PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bio-active molecule encapsulating particle which is excellent in permeability into a living body, and by which a bio-active molecule can be efficiently supplied into the living body, that is, into a brain for example, a bio-active pharmaceutical drug containing the bio-active molecule encapsulating particle, and a method for permeation of the bio-active molecule encapsulating particle into the living body.SOLUTION: A bio-active molecule encapsulating particle 10 contains at least a bio-active molecule 4 in a fine particle formed by a substance decomposed by enzyme in a living body.
