The present invention relates to an unprecedented line of products utilizing polymer-based stabilized nanoparticles for the production of self-sanitizing photocatalyst coatings for application to broad-spectrum agriculture, including: growth stimulation, pre- and post-harvest protection, reduced use of irrigation water and the use of pesticides with significant antimicrobial activities.
