The present invention relates to an injection type composition used as a filler or a drug carrier through a click chemical reaction, and, more specifically, to an injection type composition comprising a first liquid including a first biopolymer having a first click chemical functional group introduced thereto and a second liquid including a second biopolymer having a second click chemical functional group introduced thereto, wherein the first and second click chemical functional groups can be chemically coupled； a method for manufacturing an injection type hydrogel using the same； and a medical filler, an in-vivo injection type supporter or a drug carrier using the same. According to the present invention, the injection type hydrogel is simply manufactured from the injection type composition through a click chemical reaction and a type and the number of click chemical functional groups, the molecular weight of the biopolymer and the like can be adjusted, thereby providing an advantage of easily adjusting physiochemical characteristics of the injection type hydrogel.
