PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a seasoning charging device, in the case spice, various powders and seasoning are charged into a charging tank, where the generation of dust is prevented, the operation can be safely and efficiently be performed, further, the visual measurement of the spice, various powders and seasoning to form into dust is prevented, the installing of dedicated devices for dust treatment is needless, and operators can be healthy operated.SOLUTION: The seasoning charging device is composed of: a seasoning charging hopper with an exhausting tube charging a seasoning fitted to the charging mouth of a charging tank into the charging tank an injection nozzle fitted in such a manner that the tip part is located at the inside of the seasoning charging hopper, and capable of exhausting the seasoning charged to the seasoning charging hopper from the exhausting tube in a suction state and a water feeder of feeding water injected from the injection nozzle and dissolved with the seasoning to the injection nozzle.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】 本発明は仕込みタンク内へ香辛料、各種パウダー、調味料を投入する場合に粉塵の発生を防止して、安全で効率よくその作業が行なえるとともに、粉塵となる香辛料、各種パウダー、調味料の目測を防止し、粉塵処理のための専用装置の設置が不要な、作業員が健康に作業することができる調味料投入装置を得るにある。【解決手段】 仕込みタンクの仕込み口部に取付けられた調味料を、該仕込みタンク内へ投入する排出筒を備える調味料投入ホッパーと、この調味料投入ホッパーの排出筒内に先端部が位置するように取付けられ、該調味料投入ホッパーに投入された調味料を吸引状態で、前記排出筒より排出することができる噴射ノズルと、この噴射ノズルより噴射する、前記調味料と溶解する水を、該噴射ノズルへ供給する水供給装置とで調味料投入装置を構成している。【選択図】 図1
