The present invention relates to a silica hydrogel composite obtained by mixing silica particles containing an encapsulated drug with silica sol, and the resulting silica hydrogel composite has fluidity. The invention also relates to the use of the silica hydrogel composites according to the invention for injectable preparations, flow preparations or extrudable preparations.
