The present invention provides a cosmetic combination for skin, which releases the harmful effect such as stimulation to skin of retinol and reinforces nursing effect to skin of the retinol. The main aspect of the present invention is to provide a combination for regulating skin containing vitamin A compound, the combination can improve skin suitability greatly and includes the following materials: (a) one of retinol, retinyl ester compound, retinene, retinoic acid, retinoic acid salt, derivates or analog thereof, and a single vitamin A composed of material prepared with arbitrary one of the said material, the concentration of the vitamin A is about 0.001% to 5% by weight； (b) four-hydroxyl-transstilbene, salt compound acceptable in dermatology, ester compound, amide compound, prodrug andanalog thereof, and material preparing with one of the said material, the concentration is about 0.0001% to 10% by weight； (c) medium acceptable by cosmetics.本發明係提供一種皮膚用化妝品組成物，其可緩和皮膚刺激等維生素A醇之有害作用，增強維生素A醇之護膚效果。本發明之主要發明，係含有皮膚適應性大幅改善的維生素A類之皮膚調整劑用組成物，其含有：選自維生素A醇、維生素A酯類、維生素A醛、維生素A酸、維生素A酸鹽、這些的衍生物及類似物、及與這些任一種搭配所成之群中之單一維生素A，其濃度約0.001重量%到5重量%之者；四羥反式1,2二苯乙烯、皮膚學上可容許之鹽類、酯類、醯胺類、及這些之前驅藥及類似物、及與此等任一種搭配，其濃度約為0.0001重量%~10重量%之者；可允許作為化妝品之媒劑。
