The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an acupressure device for massage and the acupressure device thereof, and the invention comprises: a gypsum mold preparation step of preparing a gypsum mold by pouring gypsum into the outer side of an object having a certain shape； a slip molding step of pouring a slip which is made by dispersing, in a solvent, porcelain body particles collected through an elutriation operation, into the gypsum mold prepared through said gypsum mold preparation step, and molding an acupressure device made of mud having an opening portion on the upper side thereof； a drying step of producing a dried acupressure device by drying the acupressure device in the shade at room temperature in order to remove plastic water from the acupressure device made of mud formed through said slip molding step； a biscuit firing step of heating the acupressure device dried via said drying step in a kiln at 800-900°C for 9-11 hours, naturally cooling the acupressure device in the kiln for 24 hours, and producing a biscuit-fired acupressure device； a glazing step of applying a glaze to a surface of the biscuit-fired acupressure device which was biscuit-fired through said biscuit firing step, and preparing a gazed acupressure device from which the glaze has been wiped off on the inner side of the opening portion of the acupressure device； a refractory plate molding step of forming a support protrusion on the center of a refractory plate so as to support the inner side of the opening portion of said glazed acupressure device, and forming a communication hole on the center of the refractory plate so as to be communicated with the inside of the glazed acupressure device； and a firing step of embedding, in the inside of the kiln, the refractory plate formed through said refractory plate molding step, setting up the refractory plate such that the opening portion of the glazed acupressure device is placed thereon, heating at 1200-1300°C for 12-13 hours,
