PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micropore focus X-ray tube and a device, wherein a primary focus with a thoroughly large size can be used and a radiographed image with minimal blurring and high resolution is obtained using a micropore as a secondary focus.SOLUTION: An X-ray tube is prepared which includes: a cathode having a filament an anode placed so as to face the cathode at a certain interval and having a target disposed with a certain angle on its opposite surface and an X-ray tube including a glass cylindrical tube to vacuum-seal the cathode and anode.
