PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micropore focus X-ray tube and a device, wherein a primary focus with a thoroughly large size can be used and a radiographed image with minimal blurring and high resolution is obtained using a micropore as a secondary focus.SOLUTION: An X-ray tube is prepared which includes: a cathode having a filament an anode placed so as to face the cathode at a certain interval and having a target disposed with a certain angle on its opposite surface and an X-ray tube including a glass cylindrical tube to vacuum-seal the cathode and anode. An insulating layer is disposed on the outside of the X-ray tube to surround the glass cylindrical tube, an X-ray shielding layer is disposed by surrounding the insulating layer, and a micropore is disposed at a position of the X-ray shielding layer positioned at the front surface of the portion to be irradiated with X-rays of the X-ray tube.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】充分に大きなサイズの1次焦点を使用し得るとともに、2次焦点として微小孔を使用することにより、ボケの発生を極力小さくし解像度の高い撮影像を得るようにした微小孔焦点X線管および装置を提供する。【解決手段】フィラメントを有する陰極、該陰極にある距離離間して対向配置されその対向面にある角度を持って設けられたターゲットを有する陽極、これら陰極および陽極を真空密封するガラス円筒管を備えるX線管を用意し、このX線管の外部に前記ガラス円筒管を囲んで絶縁体層を設け、該絶縁体層を囲んでX線遮蔽層を設け、前記X線管のX線照射部前面に位置する前記X線遮蔽層の位置に微小孔を設ける。【選択図】図2
