PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device of removing stain on an endoscopic lens surface that easily and accurately removes stain on the endoscopic lens surface.SOLUTION: The device of removing stain on an endoscopic lens surface includes: a sheath 100 that is to be advanceably/retreatably inserted to a treatment tool channel of an endoscope and has opening windows 110 close to the distal end a long wire 200 that is to be advanceably/retreatably inserted to the sheath 100 and has flexibility handles 300 that can advance and retreat the wire 200 in an axial direction and are arranged at the proximal end of the wire 200 and brushes 400 that are extended obliquely from the vertical direction of the shaft of the wire 200 to the proximal end direction of the wire and arranged close to the distal end of the wire 200.
