PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a wearer from feeling uncomfortable and troubles in skin due to a riding up of an end flap part or the like.
SOLUTION: An absorber 23 is provided between a liquid-impermeable back sheet 21 and a liquid-permeable top sheet 22. The liquid-impermeable back sheet 21 is overstretched forward of the front edge of the absorber 23, and the liquid-permeable top sheet 22 is overstretched backward of the rear edge of the absorber 23. These overstretched parts respectively form front/rear end flap parts EF without including the absorber 23. On each surface of the front/rear end flap parts EF, a securing means 30 to a diaper or underwear is provided. A boundary line BL between the front/rear end flap parts EF and a body part BD with the absorber 23 could be a fold line. The front/rear end flap parts EF are secured to the diaper or underwear with the securing means 30 with respectively folded back states on a rear surface of the body part BD.
