A flying target and a system for laser shooting. The flying target comprises: a target body (1), flexible supports, a general control circuit, a conducting device, and a piercing member. The target body (1) is formed by an inflatable object, several flexible supports are disposed along the external profile of the inflatable object, and the flexible supports enclose the inflatable object. A laser receiver is provided at the bottom and/or top of the target body (1), and the laser receiver is electrically connected to the general control circuit. The general control circuit is used for controlling the conducting device to operate according to laser encoding information input by the laser receiver. The conducting device is connected to the piercing member, and the piercing member is driven by the conducting device to get close to and pierce the inflatable object.
