PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling method and a filling device of an adsorbent in which bubbles in a suspension and dissolved air are removed before filling up the suspension consisting of a liquid and the adsorbent into a container for a blood purifier, thereby the generating of an agglomerate of the adsorbent in the suspension is suppressed, the jamming of a piping at time of being filled up with the suspension is inhibited, and which reduces the amount of the agglomerate of the adsorbent in the blood purifier compared with that of a former one.SOLUTION: The filling device of the adsorbent includes: a dispersion tank 60 which disperses an adsorbent 100 which makes a polymer resin a principal component supplied from an adsorbent recovery tank 50 into a liquid supplied from a liquid tank 70, and prepares the suspension a pump 62 for decompression which is one embodiment of a pressure reducing device which makes the inside of the dispersion tank 60 decompress and a filling means which fills up the suspension which has been deaerated under decompression into a container 80 for a blood purifiers.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】液体と吸着材とからなる懸濁液を血液浄化器用容器に充填する前に、懸濁液中の気泡および溶解している空気を除去することにより、懸濁液中の吸着材の凝集体の発生を抑制し、懸濁液を充填する際の配管の目詰まりを防止するとともに、血液浄化器内における吸着材の凝集体量を従来に比べ低減する吸着材の充填方法および充填装置を提供する。【解決手段】吸着材の充填装置は、吸着材回収槽50から供給される高分子樹脂を主成分とする吸着材100を液体槽70から供給される液体に分散して懸濁液を調製する分散槽60と、分散槽60内を減圧にする減圧装置の一態様である減圧用ポンプ62と、減圧下で脱気された懸濁液を血液浄化器用容器80内に充填する充填手段とを有する。【選択図】図1
