The present invention relates to a turtle fertilized egg hatching apparatus for hatching at least one turtle egg comprises: a hatching box； a turtle egg restriction device； and a wet cotton. The hatching box has an opening； the turtle egg restriction device is disposed in the hatching box, has at least one restriction hole for accommodating the turtle egg； and the wet cotton is laid on the top of the turtle egg. The present invention also relates to a turtle fertilized egg hatching method.
