PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a behavior evaluation device, behavior evaluation method, and behavior evaluation program in which behavior changing in a wide range can be evaluated in a timely and appropriate manner.SOLUTION: A behavior evaluation device 10 attached to a user for use comprises: a detection section 2 for detecting information in accordance with movement of the user a control section 1 for identifying the behavior of the user on the basis of the information detected by the detection section 2 and a storage section 5 for accumulating the behavior identified by the control section 1.
