CONSTITUTION: A massage and stimulation device comprises a body unit(100) which comprises a control unit for controlling the temperature of a thermoelectric element, a heat radiation member which is formed with multiple heat radiation pins, an intermediate unit(200) which comprises a connecting member and a penetration hole, a heat transfer unit(300) which comprises a high temperature heat transfer member and a low temperature heat transfer member, and a thermoelectric module unit(400) which comprises a high temperature generation unit and a low temperature generation unit.본 발명에 따른 열전소자를 구비한 냉온 마사지 및 자극장치는 열전소자를 이용하여 고온와 저온을 동시에 발생시켜 냉온마사지를 하는 장치로서, 열전소자의 고온과 저온을 조절하는 제어부를 갖는 몸통부； 일측이 몸통부와 결합되며, 복수의 방열핀이 형성된 방열부재, 방열부재의 타측으로부터 연장형성되는 연결부재 및 방열부재와 연결부재의 내부를 관통하는 관통공을 갖는 중간부； 연결부재의 단부에 결합되는 고온 열전달부재 및 고온 열전달부와 이격배치되는 저온 열전달부재를 갖는 열전달부； 및 고온 열전달부재와 열접촉되는 고온발생부와 저온 열전달부재와 열접촉되는 저온발생부로 이루어진 열전소자부를 포함하며, 중간부의 방열부재의 종 단면의 직경이 연결부재의 종 단면의 직경보다 크며, 방열부재의 상부몸체의 종 단면적보다 하부몸체의 종 단면적이 더 큰 것을 특징으로 한다.또한, 빗(comb)과 진동부재가 추가되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
