The present invention relates to a hot and cold stimulation device. The hot and cold stimulation device uses a thermal transfer element, has a cold stimulation unit and a hot stimulation unit arranged on a single stimulation surface, adjusts the temperature, employs a simple structure, and is implemented at a low cost while being safe. The hot and cold stimulation device includes: a head unit which outputs a cold stimulus and a hot stimulus on the inner side at the same time； and a handle which is mounted on a side of the head unit to be grabbed by a hand. The hot and cold stimulation device also includes: a thermal transfer element which is mounted in the head unit, uses one from upper and lower surfaces to generate a cold stimulus with respect to the direction of an input current, and uses the other surface to generate a hot stimulus； a first stimulus transmission unit which is mounted on the upper surface of the thermal transfer element, and transmits one of the hot and cold stimuli to the skin； a second stimulus transmission unit which is mounted on the lower surface of the thermal transfer element, and transmits the other stimulus to the skin； and a heat shielding unit which is made of a heat shielding material, is arranged on the top of the second stimulus transmission unit, and surrounds the rim of the first stimulus transmission unit.본 발명은, 열전소자를 이용하되, 하나의 자극 면에 냉 자극부와 온 자극부를 함께 구비하며, 온도조절이 가능하며, 간단한 구조로 이루어지며, 저가이면서 안전한, 냉온 자극기에 관한 것이다.본 발명은, 내측에 냉자극과 온자극을 동시에 출력하는 헤드부, 상기 헤드부의 일측에 장착되어 손으로 잡을 수 있도록 이루어진 손잡이부를 포함하는 냉온 자극기에 있어서, 헤드부의 내측에 장착되며, 입력된 전류의 방향에 따라 상면과 하면 중 일면은 냉자극을 생성하고, 상면과 하면 중 다른 일면은 온자극을 생성하는, 열전소자； 상기 열전소자의 상면에 장착되며, 냉자극과 온자극 중의 하나의 자극을 피부로 전달하는 제1자극 전달부； 상기 열전소자의 하면에 장착되며, 냉자극과 온자극 중의 다른 하나의 자극을 피부로 전달하는 제2자극 전달부； 열차단소재로 이루어지며, 상기 제2자극 전달부의 위에 놓여지되, 상기 열전소자와 상기 제1자극 전달부의 둘레를 감싸도록 이루어진 열차단부；를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
