PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical data processing apparatus capable of acquiring an image allowed to be easily used for accurate diagnosis by removing influence of non-focus integration part to be shown in the tomographic image.SOLUTION: The medical data processing apparatus includes a separation part 12 for extracting a structure of an analyte appeared in a CT image P1 and separating a PET image P2 in which the distribution of a radioactive drug in the analyte is imaged into an extracted part and the other part. In the processing apparatus, luminance correction for the separated image part is performed. Since the luminance correction is performed by applying trimming processing to the PET image P2, drug distribution on an interested portion of the analyte can be clearly known.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】断層画像に写り込む非病巣集積部の影響を除き、正確な診断がしやすい画像を取得できる医療用データ処理装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の構成によれば、CT画像P1に写り込んだ被検体の構造物を抽出し、被検体内の放射性薬剤の分布がイメージングされたPET画像P2を抽出部分とそれ以外に分離する分離部12を備えている。そして、本発明の構成は、分離された画像の部分に対して輝度補正が施される構成となっている。このように本発明においては、PET画像P2にトリミング処理を施して、輝度補正をするようにしているので、被検体の関心部位における薬剤分布を鮮明に知ることができる。【選択図】図1
