A system, method and apparatus for monitoring an individual's cardiac activity using a conformal heart sensor device are presented herein. A conformal heart sensor device for analyzing cardiac activity includes a flexible substrate to be coupled to a user and a cardiac sensor component mounted / embedded in the substrate. The heart sensor component contacts a portion of the user ' s skin and measures electrical variables indicative of cardiac activity. Biometric sensor components are mounted / embedded in a flexible substrate and measure physiological variables that represent the user's cardiac activity. The microprocessor mounted on / embedded in the flexible substrate is operatively coupled to the heart sensor component and the biometric sensor component in communication and to execute microprocessor executable instructions to control the measurement of electrical data and physiological data.
