The present invention relates to a microcurrent stimulation device and shoes attached with the device. More specifically, the present invention relates to a microcurrent stimulation device adapted to be installed in a shoe, which generates a microcurrent and a magnetic field semipermanently by an interaction between a movable magnet and a stationary coil as the magnet trembles along with the movement or walking of a shoe wearer, provides exercise effects through repetitive muscle contraction and release, reduces lactic acid in the muscle to decrease the muscle fatigue, inhibits an oxidase activity by a change in the enzyme, facilitates a blood flow by expanding peripheral blood vessels along an increase in the distribution of capillary vessels in the muscle and contributes to promotion and activation of growth by stimulating the growth plate through a microcurrent stimulus and shoes attached with the device.
