PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaping device capable of easily maintaining a shape after shaping while suppressing the occurrence of breakage of a bone-forming membrane due to shaping, and being able to shape into various shapes. SOLUTION: This is a shaping device 1 for imparting a shape to a bone-forming membrane, and one base member 2 has a plurality of recesses 20 having different shapes from each other. The pressing member 3 has a plurality of convex portions 30 having different shapes from each other. The first recess 23 is a groove-shaped recess having a predetermined radius of curvature and extending in a curved manner. The second recess constitutes a part of a spherical surface of a sphere having a predetermined radius. The first convex portion, which is at least one of the plurality of convex portions, has a radius of curvature equal to the groove-shaped concave portion of the first concave portion, and the second convex portion, which is the other convex portion, has a radius of curvature equal to that of the groove-shaped concave portion of the first concave portion. It has a radius smaller than a predetermined radius of the second recess, and can be fitted into the first recess and the second recess, respectively.
