The invention relates to adevice for dosing and aerosolization ofaerosolizable material. The devicecom-prises: a body with an aerosolizationchannel with a distal attachment portionconnectable to a source of carrier gaswhich provides pressure pulses to theaerosolization channel； a proximalat-tachment portion for outputtingaerosolized material and a reservoir forreceiving aerosolizable material. Thereservoir comprises walls and isconnect-ed in a gas-tight manner to the body andin fluid connection with theaerosoliza-tion channel. At least part of the walls ofthe device are self-exciting membranesthat can be put into oscillation by thepressure pulses.
