PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of recovering a mid-layer floating fish bank and a recovering metal fitting, capable of easily and surely raising an entire mid-layer floating fish bank including sinkers from under the sea by ensuring connections without concentrating on one point even in the case of a mooring cable with a diameter of a certain range.SOLUTION: At the connection between a main mooring cable 31 and an auxiliary mooring cable 32, the main mooring cable 31 is folded back, and a rope 33a is coiled around the folded back part to form a terminal processing part 33. A stopper with a U-shaped groove having a width greater than the diameter of the main mooring cable 31 but smaller than the diameter of the terminal processing part 33 on which the rope 33a is wound is provided above the recovering metal fitting 1. When a recovering cable 7 is wound up, the stopper makes contact with an end of the rope 33a of the terminal processing part 33 and the rope 33a serves as a cushion.【課題】ある程度の範囲の径の係留索でも一点集中にならずに確実に連結して、シンカーを含む中層浮魚礁の全体を海中から簡単かつ確実に引き上げることのできる中層浮魚礁の回収方法よび回収用金具を提供すること。【解決手段】主係留索３１と副係留索３２との連結部分は主係留索３１が折り返され、その折り返し部分の周囲にロープ３３ａがコイル状に巻かれて端末加工部３３を形成しており、回収用金具１の上部には、主係留索３１の径より太く、かつ、ロープ３３ａが巻かれた端末加工部３３の径より小さい幅のＵ字溝を有するストッパーが設けられており、回収索７の巻上げの際は、そのストッパーが端末加工部３３のロープ３３ａ端部に当接し、ロープ３３ａがクッションの役目を果たす。【選択図】図５
