PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope training system which prevents perforation of an organ model to allow efficient training.SOLUTION: An organ model 11 to which a scope omitted in Figure of an endoscope device for training is to be inserted is housed in an outer box body 12 of an outer box 10, and a space between the outer box body 12 and the organ model 11 is filled up with water (liquid) 13. An outflow tube 15 through which the water 13 flows out of the outer box body 12 is provided with a flow meter 16, and a flow rate of an outflow to the outside of the outer box body 12, which is detected by the flow meter 16, is detected as a pressure acting on the organ model 11. A message showing that such an unnecessary pressure will be applied that the organ model 11 may be perforated is displayed on a monitor 40 to draw a users attention before the pressure application, therefore perforation of the organ model 11 can be prevented.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】臓器モデルの穿孔を防ぎ、効率良くトレーニング可能な内視鏡レーニングシステムを提供する。【解決手段】外箱10の外箱本体12に、トレーニング用内視鏡装置の図示しないスコープを挿入する臓器モデル11を収容し、外箱本体12と臓器モデル11との間を水(液体)13で充填する。水13を外箱本体12外部に流出させるための流出管15に流量計16を設け、流量計16で検出された外箱本体12の外部に流出された流量を、臓器モデル11モデルに作用する圧力として検出する。臓器モデル11が穿孔するほどの不必要な圧力がかかる前にモニタ40にその旨を表示して、使用者に注意喚起するため、臓器モデル11の穿孔を防ぐことが可能となる。【選択図】図1
