PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical bone perforation drill stopper, which does not require outer diameter measurement for tubular bone in advance, ad can control a drill perforation distance by single hand operation in the process of drill operation, and avoid the risk that a drill blade punches through to the deepest part of the back of the bone overenthusiastically.SOLUTION: A drill stopper 1 is put onto a surgical drill 1 for perforating a tubular bone, which has collet chuck mechanisms 52, 56 for detachably holding a drill shaft 100 to transmit rotary drive, and a non-rotation end cap 55 for storing the collet chuck mechanisms.
